There are multiple reasons why your payment couldn't be processed.
- The number one reason is if you are typing an incorrect card number or entering space between numbers.
- You have an insufficient balance on your account.
- Your card doesn't honor online transactions.
- There are restrictions on the card.Please contact your bank/card provider for more details.
- The credit card is not yet activated.
An email will be sent out to your account if we successfully processed your payment. However, if you did not receive any notification from our team that means that your payment couldn't be processed or there is a misspelled letter on the email address that you provide.
Lastly, this also means that you don't have any access to our courses yet.
